No cheques or Credit cards accepted. Electronic/Internet Payment by arrangement.

Payment : A 50% deposit is required and the balance in cash five days before arrival or proof of EFT except in the event of a single night when the full fee is payable and

 iro the December holiday period when the full fee is payable on reservation.l

Rates are quoted per person and include breakfast.

Children below 4 yrs stay Free

Children between 5 and 8 yrs pay 80% of rate, Older than that pay full rate

Pensioners over 65yrs staying 3 or more nights qualify for a discount - please enquire.

Loyal Corporate customers get our preferential corporate rate - please enquire.

Towels are provided and rooms are serviced daily.

Dinner is available on request (Monday to Thursday)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED

Deposits must be made strictly as stipulated above; if confirmation is not received by the due date the booking will automatically lapse. Late payments may be condoned if inventory is available. This is in the sole discretion of Loeloeraai Management.

Any refund including that resulting from late payments will be subject to an administration fee equal to ONE NIGHT accommodation in relation to the reservation and subject to the following:

Cancellations received seven days or less before date of reservation NO REFUND.

15 DAYS: 50% REFUND

30 DAYS: 70% REFUND

Deposits made in respect of the December/January holiday period are NOT REFUNDED

Deposits/payments made in respect of MIDWEEK, WEEKEND and OTHER SPECIAL OFFERS are NOT REFUNDED

Guests terminating their stay before the expiry of the reservation remain liable for the full cost of accommodation and meals for the period reserved, as quoted.

Reservations not taken up within 12 hours of the advent thereof will be considered forfeit and you will be held liable for the full quoted cost.

Customers are liable for all chargeback fees as well as commission and handling fees related to reservations cancelled, cancelled and/or reversed and/or illegal credit card transactions.

No extension of time, condoning of any policy stipulation or discount granted is to be construed as a relaxation or obviation of this policy.

Reservations once confirmed, are subject to the conditions above and amendment thereof entirely within the discretion of Loeloeraai Management.
